Dr. Sara Panarello, D.C., D.I.C.C.P.
Dr. Panarello first experienced chiropractic care when she was in her teens battling headaches. She was amazed to see how a simple adjustment could impact the body in such a powerful way. Her personal experience with the power of Chiropractic was the inspiration for her decision to move to Iowa to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic.
While at Palmer, Dr. Panarello focused on learning specialized techniques; these included Gonstead and Mally extremity protocols. During her years of clinical experience, she has refined her technique, incorporating myofascial work to complement her adjustments. Dr. Panarello’s patient-centric approach allows her to cater her treatment to the unique needs of each individual.
Dr. Panarello graduated from Palmer College in 1999. She then earned her postdoctoral diplomate in Chiropractic Pediatrics in 2003. Dr. Panarello is a family practitioner, treating patients of all ages. She believes that everyone can benefit from Chiropractic care, from infants to grandparents.
Dr. Panarello has a particular passion for working with pregnant women. She loves this joyful time in a woman’s life and enjoys helping them through the biomechanical and emotional challenges that they face during pregnancy. Dr. Panarello is blessed with her own two little girls, and has personally experienced the powerful benefits of chiropractic care during her pregnancies.
At home, she is continually learning from her girls. Their energy and youthful perspective always keep her on her toes. Together with her husband Mike, who is also a chiropractor, they enjoy spending their time hiking and biking on local trails.
